7-Figure Brand: AI is becoming a sales channel. Is your brand ready?

Hi Reader

This week, I want to talk about a change in how people shop that will shape the fashion business for years to come.

More and more shoppers no longer start with Google or Instagram. They open ChatGPT, Google's AI Mode or, as of this month, Meta's new agent Muse, and describe what they want: "a linen dress for a summer wedding, under $150." The assistant searches, compares and shortlists. Increasingly, it can also buy.

The numbers are already significant. Between January and March 2026, Shopify stores got 8 times more visitors from AI tools than a year before, and around 13 times more orders. You probably saw that Muse launched this month and, within two weeks, Shopify and PayPal had opened their checkouts to it, while Amazon blocked it. It was the most discussed news this week.

For indie fashion brands, this is a real growth opportunity, and it rewards different things than social media does. AI assistants don't see your campaign imagery or your homepage. A small brand with clear, complete product pages can be recommended, and that could definitely be a competitive advantage. So make sure you're one of the first to react to these changes.

In this week's article, I break down what's changing, what it means for the future of fashion, and what every brand selling online should change on its website before Black November. That includes brands outside North America, where some of these tools haven't arrived yet.

Meta's AI Agent: The Salesperson You Didn't Hire

An AI salesperson may already be shopping your store. Here's what Meta's Muse means for fashion brands, and what to check on your website, even if it's not on Shopify.

To make it practical, I've created a free worksheet to help you grow through AI search. It walks you through a step-by-step checklist with a readiness score, and includes a builder that turns your product details into an AI-friendly title, description and the code your website needs.

just do it

Hi Reader Today I'll talk about how to stop starting over. Share a simple scenario planning framework to plan launches, pivot with purpose and grow a brand that builds on every move. If you've spent any time around business coaches, you've heard it. Just do it. Stop overthinking. Stop planning. Just start. And honestly? It works, at first. If you're frozen, action is the cure. You launch the drop, post the reel, email the stockist. You feel like a founder again. Then something doesn't land....

Hi Reader This week, I want to show you how to make ads pay for themselves to grow your business online. If you run an online clothing brand, you have probably felt it this year. The ads that used to bring in customers cost more and work less. Orders still come in, but growth has gone quiet, and nobody can quite explain why the old formula stopped working. This piece is for founders who want to keep their website at the heart of the business and still grow. Inside, you’ll find how the winners...

Growing a Fashion Brand in 2027: What the runways just told us

Hi Reader This week was an absolute whirlwind in fashion. I am sure your feeds are already flooded with show reviews, viral runway clips, and trend breakdowns from New York and London Fashion Weeks. It is easy to get caught up in the visual spectacle, but if we peel back the layers of style, the real story of SS27 isn't about aesthetics; it is about business model shifts. As millions of consumers actively step back from traditional luxury, we are seeing a pivotal moment unfold for independent...
